SALARY: $73,000 - $92,000, bonus eligible
LOCATION: Greater Los Angeles Area
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Craft West Scale Manager will be accountable for Elysian Dust Series, Mango Cart and Golden Road Belgian White. The primary purpose of the role is developing and managing distribution relationships and is critical to organizational growth. He/she must utilize exceptional business relationship-building skills and strategies to drive the growth of brands and ensure the organization maintains solid footholds in the market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage the focus market sales, distribution, rate of sale and execution at the wholesaler.
Establish a clear communication channel with key contacts at distributors.
Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with wholesalers within identified sales area.
Develop and manage investments for media, incentives, POCM, sampling, etc
Review target account analysis and reports to ensure craft brands are performing at top of class levels for all assigned accounts.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
3+ years of territory sales management experience; ideally in the beverage industry.
Possess leadership, coaching, and development skills.
Ability to translate a marketing strategy into an action plan.
Ability to measure, evaluate, and adjusts plans in order to meet organizational goals.
Ability to have difficult conversations with key stakeholders: Wholesale, retail, consumers, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office related software.
Proven profitable sales record where targets are met or exceeded.
