We want you to think big and act bold through expressing your authentic best self!   Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Sales Development Manager to lead the SDR team in Asia & ANZ, who is passionate about leading hard-working SDRs, developing competitive strategies that consistently grow the top of the funnel, and partner closely with the field leaders. If you’re ready to conquer unique problems that no one else is solving, keep reading. Come see for yourself what an exciting place to work for looks like.   Insights on Impact: Operate as a Sales Development leader towards our strategic objectives and performance achievement for the SDRs. Be a good Coach/Mentor to the SDRs especially on pipeline generating best practices. Monitor lead processes, metrics, and accelerate pipeline creation. Report operational and financial KPIs to leadership both with Sales Development and Field Sales leaders. Motivate, incentivise, and recognise team members to encourage top performance. Recruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to support global expansion. Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SDR. Your Qualifications: To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills. 5+ years as SDR/BDR (Sales Development/Business Development Rep) or Inside sales experience, preferably at an SaaS / Enterprise software company. 2+ years of management experience leading SDR or Sales teams. Having OUTBOUND experience is preferable besides Inbound. Experience in Enterprise selling motion. Solid track-record of successfully managing a high performing team. Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical & comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data. Familiarity with technology such as SFDC, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, Outlook, and Sales Navigator is a plus but not a requirement. Adept at introducing, training, and implementing activity metrics.
