As the Manager of Sales Operations/Enablement & PMO at GXO Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic projects that improve Sales effectiveness. This multifaceted position requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to align sales and marketing efforts to achieve business objectives. This role involves analyzing sales data, managing sales vendor relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall sales performance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and optimize the end-to-end customer experience. Lead cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular progress reports.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent related work or military experience 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing or equivalent experience. Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing teams Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions

It’d be great if you also have:

Availability to travel occasionally for in person meetings Experience in the supply chain industry Solution oriented mindset to influence change Superior organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
