Manager, Sales Enablement

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer to serve the APAC market. This role focuses on managing and delivering the regional sales training curriculum, with an emphasis on product and competitive updates tailored to the needs of our field sellers. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Absorb Learning Management System (LMS) to create engaging e-learning, live and interactive training modules. Technical marketing skills are a plus, enabling alignment between Product and Technical Marketing Functions at HQ.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

Sales Training Curriculum Management: Design, manage, and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum specific to the APAC market (in alignment with sales leadership)  Focus on product knowledge, competitive analysis, and industry-specific trends to ensure field sellers are well-equipped to engage customers effectively. Content Development: Leverage Absorb LMS to create, manage, and deploy e-learning modules and interactive training content. Develop multimedia assets, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learning engagement and retention. Tailor global content to meet regional requirements and address cultural nuances in APAC. Work with subject matter experts to develop sessions that improve customer engagement with session descriptions, content, customer stories Product and Competitive Updates: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to gather and deliver timely updates on new products, features, and competitive positioning. Ensure training content reflects the latest market developments and customer needs. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs such as knowledge retention, sales performance improvements, and course completion rates. Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership based on analytics. Drive local APAC feedback into global enablement programs Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and leadership teams to align enablement strategies with business goals. Act as the primary liaison for APAC sales enablement needs and ensure alignment with global initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within the APAC market. Strong proficiency with Absorb LMS or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to create e-learning and interactive content. A background in creating customer or partner learning programs for scale including ILT, VILT, and e-learning delivery models Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDICC Skills: Exceptional instructional design and content creation skills. Technical marketing skills, including familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Proficient in video editing and crafting engaging videos for diverse audiences Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams across APAC and, Chinese Language a bonus. 

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

Knowledge of the B2B WLAN and WAN market or enterprise sales landscape. A background in wireless networking, IP switching/routing, Cloud, Security, Artificial Intelligence, system integration would be an advantage
