YOUR ROLE Develop, drive and implement commercial excellence standards and projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer facing teams Analyze & interpret business data to identify correlations, trends, and improvement potential related to Sales & Channel Excellence initiatives. Design and execute in collaboration with the NA Region concepts to maximize the go-to-market model, e.g. Distribution Performance Management  Own and globally drive selected Sales & Channel Excellence initiatives (e.g., Key Account Management Excellence) Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by supporting full utilization of the CRM-tool Refine and deploy targeted training curriculum for customer facing teams. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Marketing or Strategy, ideally in an industrial company. Strategy/Inhouse Consulting experience is advantageous Strong project management skills, structured problem-solving capabilities and excellent partnering capabilities in an international environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, in particular in influencing and convincing Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and CRM systems This is a hybrid role - selected candidate will be required to split their time between the Madison Heights, Michigan office (60%) and home office (40%)

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
