Provide leadership to evolve the customer experience to world class level. · Manage, direct and drive Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, RMA processing and program activities. Provide operational support to the regional sales managers and account managers in maximizing revenue through consistent and relevant customer communication, on-time product deliveries and customer incorporation of new products.  Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding services and procedures. Identify and implement processes to increase customer profitability with improved operational execution by linking customer requirements with Corsair supply chain execution.  Develop and execute training program for new hires and enable continuous training and development of existing team members.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Provide Sales Operations support from price quotes thru order fulfillment, backlog management, on time deliveries, invoice disputes/resolutions and general customer inquiries. Ensure orders, shipments and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations that meet customer requirements and follow company guidelines, with a focus on minimizing Chargebacks from Customer programs. Ensure entire customer request for quote (RFQ) process from request to order fulfillment is processed in a timely manner by all support representatives.  Coordinate with Accounting on revenue recognition, credit approval, accounts receivable management, and cash applications 
Maintain data integrity of Point of Sale data in the ERP system.  Validate and analyze sell through data to ensure customers’ inventory levels are proactively managed and the corresponding sell through trends align with the regional sales managers and account managers goals, and with the company goals and forecast.  Perform sales analytics and performance measurement reporting against key performance indicators (i.e. order accuracy, order booking within defined thresholds,on time shipment, on time delivery, backlog management, container management) Perform ERP Administration and implement changes for continual process improvements. Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. Aligns reporting, training, and operational metrics with these performance management priorities. Provide leadership to assure alignment, teamwork and transparency across departments. Liaises with sales, client services, marketing, legal, IT, and supply chain. Apply project management concepts when working with the Information Systems team to define and implement processes which will maximize systematic processing. Implement process improvements to support business growth and scalability; collaborate with other functional areas where needed to ensure processes are holistic.  Utilize Collaborative Planning with respective customers for revenue and predictability. Partner with customers on supply chain initiatives that will improve end-to-end performance. Identify cost savings opportunities and implement operational efficiencies where needed. Drive direct customers to implement EDI order and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing. Initiate Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) processes with key customers. Create and implement regular scorecard review processes with key customers to compare their performance to other customers, and to compare Corsair performance to other vendors.  Establish weekly customer metrics highlighting trends by customer and channel. Facilitate and drive to closure customer specific marketing programs and promotions.  Focus on Internal and External Audits to ensure compliance for SOD’s and SOX’s requirements.  Good detailed/audit of SOP’s for compliance. Exhibit ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to team members. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values. 

We seek an individual with a successful track record who must be comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment. The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills and experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant, progressive sales operations, supply chain management, order management, analytical and team management experience with a manufacturing/products oriented company. BS, BA (or equivalent) from accredited university. Systems responsibility for Sales Order module, preferably Oracle. Extensive experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas). Extensive knowledge of Logistic Networks. Demonstrated success in sales operations or sales management, including strategic sales planning, execution and continuous improvement. Skilled at providing leadership, direction and feedback to team members Both results-oriented and collaborative, able to work independently and also function well as part of a multidisciplinary team Ability to work cross functionally at both senior and individual contributor levels. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to research, resolve and close inquiries and issues expeditiously.  Strong project management and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $120,000—$150,000 USD
