Manager, Sales Operations (International)

Position Summary:

Manages professional employees who are responsible for business partnering with the International Commercial organization as it relates to revenue forecasting, financial/compensation modeling, revenue reporting and analyses. Uses knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, and oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. Maintains relationship with International Commercial field personnel to ensure business continuity within the commercial organization as it pertains to revenue and business operations. Works with Sales and Finance Departments to develop and administer the company’s International sales forecast.

Essential Functions:

Builds and standardizes sales operations processes to increase the productivity of sales teams, tracks sales/marketing project execution, and contributes towards continuous improvement of sales system to align to business strategy and goal achievement

Partners with management team to set quotas for sales teams and ensures appropriate distribution among sales staff for the responsibility of meeting sales goals

Collaborate with sales management to model out sales territory alignments and provide regular assessments on overall effectiveness

Monitors sales teams’ progress and helps to identify and achieve goals with sales managers via intensified/systematic sales analysis

Coordinates the relationship among related departments and establishes communication mechanisms with cross functional teams

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)

Proficient with PowerBI, Business Objects or other relevant software packages

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree

Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Mathematics, and a minimum of 5 years of sales operation management experience

MBA Preferred
