Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded professional to join its Customer Center of Excellence (COE) Sales Planning & Data Strategy Team. As the Manager of Sales Planning & Data Strategy you will be a key resource of the Customer Center of Excellence with a focus on driving the National Retail Sales team’s business management cadence across all business units within the commercial organization. You will develop and apply a deep understanding of commercial objectives and key drivers of the business while managing and improving the processes that connects our headquarter teams with our salesforce and drive effective decision-making. Additionally, you will be the data strategy lead, managing a high-profile budget, acting as the key point of contact between KDP and our data vendors. This will require both exceptional analytical skills, strong organizational skills, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Channel Strategy.
The ideal candidate will be based in Frisco, TX or Burlington,MA and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home)
What you will do:
Manage our Enterprise Data Strategy Budget to ensure KDP purchase data is maximizing its value across the organization, including:Implementing supplier relationship management practices, holding our data vendors accountable to aligned KPIs that are tied to value creation.Leading continual ROI analysis and supplier rationalization efforts as business needs change.Working closely with Accounting/Finance to perform accurate and timely record keeping and budgeting.Liaise with select data vendors to ensure timely/accurate data delivery for internal HQ stakeholders.Manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team business management cadences to ensure efficient and successful planning meetings between sales and RGM/Commercial leadership, including: Developing and communicating the agendas, timelines, and presentation templatesBuilding tools/reports to drive consistency in reviewing our sales/financials across our sales teamsConsolidating/summarizing and communicating key actions and topline plan updatesOwn and maintain the sales team shipment forecasting process, providing training and support to the Sales and RGM teams, building out/adjusting forecasting tools, liaising with IT to ensure data/process accuracy, analyzing the results of monthly forecast changes, and monitoring attainment against these forecastsProvide ad-hoc business modeling for long-term strategic planning, short-term high-level targets and other business activitiesMaintain relationships with stakeholders in all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your daily responsibilities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or other related field or equivalent experience6+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, sales, supply chain, marketing or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHigh level of proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous improvementExcellent organizational and time management skills, project management experienceAbility to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspectiveStrong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in presentation and story-tellingSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to handle confidential financial information appropriatelyTravel: 10% Company OverviewKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
