The Lendio Sales Trainer/Facilitator is a full time position responsible for training our new sales hires across multiple business units. The goal of the Sales Trainer/Facilitator is to lay the foundation for success for Lendio’s new hires by helping them understand and begin applying the sales skill sets as well as product knowledge, crm navigation and process portions of their job.
In this role you will work hand in hand with the Sales Development Team to decrease the learning curve and increase success for all Lendio Sales Recruits as well as participate in the ongoing training of Lendio’s current staff.
In addition to facilitating training, a portion of the job will be spent fine tuning current curriculum and exercises and developing new curriculum to increase effectiveness.
What you will own:
Deliver and facilitate new-hire onboarding and ongoing training for inside sales, with focus on helping new reps achieve sales targets
Provides feedback and ideas for improving and developing resources and materials for training, including workbooks, manuals, job aids, quizzes, assessments and blended learning
Assist in the development of learning programs and blended learning approaches to enhance and optimize learning and development
Work with sales development and other partnered leaders in assessing training needs for continued course curriculum creation and improvement
Evaluate the success of all blended learning and training resources and provide feedback for constant improvement
Administer your role as an instructor using the company LMS
Ability to learn information quickly and breakdown key components
Ability to ask the right questions and gain a deep comprehension of the subject matter to breakdown complexities into simple and easy to understand formats
CRM experience
Presentation skills
Able to handle training in multiple settings: virtual, classroom, mixed, etc.
Create and support objective sales training efficacy
What you will need to be successful:
3+ years of experience in Sales Training or learning and development
Ability to manage the full training cycle
Excellent communication skills
Ability to conduct needs analysis with leaders and sales professionals
Business acumen
