This includes, but is not limited to, Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K, and other SEC filings. **Responsibilities:** + Assist in the preparation and review of the Company’s consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting and regulatory requirements for Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K, and other SEC filings. + Oversight of the preparation process, including managing the receipt and review of information from various departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. + Preparation of analyses as needed to support the preparation and review of the external filings. + Monitor new and updated accounting and regulatory requirements (US GAAP and SEC). Present findings to senior members of the Finance teams. + Provide support and customer service to executives, brands, affiliates, and corporate groups, addressing their reporting needs and inquiries as required. + Assist in various technical accounting inquiries and research. + Supervise and document internal control processes to support SOX compliance, ensuring that internal controls are effectively managed and documented. + Supervise cross referencing of the external documents prior to filing. + Coordinate and assist in the external audit process, collaborating with external auditors and facilitating the audit to ensure that all required information is provided, and any issues are resolved promptly. **Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree in Accounting. + CPA required; MBA is a plus. + 5+ years of relevant Accounting/Auditing experience, with a focus on SEC reporting. + Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations. + Experience in technical accounting research and evaluation. + Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. + Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Senior Management. + Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities. + Experience in managing and mentoring a team. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $139,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
