Manager, Service Delivery Management
**Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences is preferred + A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree + A minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in a related field + 7+ years of Incident Management, Problem Management, or Crisis Management experience required + Experience leading a team of Service Delivery Managers, Technical Operations Manager or similar group + Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified preferred + Ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other teams as necessary + Experience in ITIL Service Management practices, including Incident, Change, Request and Problem Management + Advanced Skills in MS Office applications including Excel, Work, and Outlook + Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tool + Ability to work independently and to be proactive + Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail + Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers + Ability to work in a team environment + Strong problem-solving skills + Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Want to learn more about WWT Services?
