Introduction
 
We are looking for a Manager, Service Sales to join our Market Area Europe team in Tampere! In this role you will be responsible for managing service sales for crushing and screening customers located in Finland. The key responsibilities are proactive sales, offer calculations and supporting other market area operations. In this position, you will report to Director, MA Services, Finland.  
 
The preferred location for this position is Tampere, Finland, but we offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position involves frequent domestic travel to customer sites. 

In this role you will be responsible for direct part and service sales, and you will have a key role in business development together with the sales and services team. You will be an important member of the market area sales and services team with a home base in the Metso facilities in Tampere. You will join a part of a diverse group of professionals with plenty of opportunities for growth. 
 
What you do 
 

Proactively responsible for the sales of the repair shop, field service and parts Responsible for the development of the services sales process Proactive communication with customers, including frequent visits to customer sites Responsible for high-quality documentation and traceability of work Own the service cases to ensure we are meeting the quality and profit expectations Development of service concepts & offerings and responsibility for their implementation in the service team

 
Who you are
 

You have a sales-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus Technical background in electrics, automation, mechanics, or hydraulics is preferred Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs Focus on financial goals and development of new business possibilities Structured and organized way of working Good communication skills in both Finnish and English Previous experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset
