职责
1. 辅助指定解决方案中心主管推进中国区该技术领域内的总体业务增长，解决方案设计和产品路线图的完善；
2. 辅助制定相关解决方案的赢单策略和成本模型，与行业咨询、售前及销售团队紧密配合，最大程度上争取相关项目机会的赢单；
3. 作为指定解决方案中心二级主管，密切与各技术交付团队配合，辅助该团队负责人在该领域内的战略及发展规划；
4. 积极与市场上相关技术、产品、解决方案服务的供应商建立合作关系；
5. 深度参与重点大客户的管理和项目交付管理工作，并如约向客户交付指定解决方案相关项目成果；
6. 完成上级主管交办的其他工作。
要求
1. 本科以上学历，经济管理、财务、计算机应用及相关专业；
2. 8年以上IT咨询、IT服务行业经验，熟知项目管理过程，洞悉数字化变革及其产品、解决方案，具有良好的项目成本管理和风险管理意识，熟悉项目范围、进度、人力资源管理工具；
3. 具有5年以上团队管理经验，具有良好的责任心、沟通协调能力、执行力、人员管理能力和变革管理技能；
4. 乐于在挑战性强、节奏快的环境下工作，有较好的抗压能力；
5. 擅长绩效激励，规划培训，营造积极向上的团队氛围；
6. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
7. 可接受因工作需要的出差
