Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Cyber Delivery Executive to lead delivery for a large Federal client. This role is expected to be an expert in cybersecurity operations, program management and people management and will play a crucial role in Edgewater’s cybersecurity delivery.

Responsibilities Shall provide program management oversight across the contract and all contract task orders, up to and including contractual deliverables and financial controls.Responsible for the preparation of Task Order Management Plans, cost analyses, activity and project tracking schedules, risk registers, and risk and issue mitigation strategies for all contracts related items.Responsible for transition planning, and transition plan execution for the transition of SOC support services from the incumbent contractor to the successor contractor.Conduct Daily briefings on related security topics.Oversee 24x7 SOC Operations and lead a team of 15-20 cybersecurity experts.Quality control and oversight of all deliverables produced by the team.Lead incident response teams during signifcant incidents. Qualifications BS degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)2 years of experience conducting cybersecurity training exercisesU.S. Citizenship is requiredCybersecurity Experience5+ Years experience in incident response 3+ Years experience with threat hunting3+ Years in cybersecurity leadership rolesKnowledge of Mitre ATT&CKDevelopment of Incident Response playbooksExpert level knowledge of Cyber Threat Intelligence lifecycle and how to integrate CTI into SOC OperationsPrevious experience working in a 24x7 SOC environmentHands on knowledge with a wide variety of cybersecurity tools including EDR, IDS, SIEM and CloudProgram Management Experience3+ Years leading a cybersecurity consulting programExperiencing training and mentoring junior cybersecurity personnelDemonstrated experience staffing cybersecurity rolesExpert briefing and technical writing skills

Preferred Skills

Cybersecurity experience in large organizations (>30k endpoints)Experience with cybersecurity consulting for Federal agencies

Salary: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00
