About the Role As Manager of Social Media Content Strategy, you’ll be the driving force behind content that stops the scroll, sparks connections, and drives results. Sitting at the crossroads of creativity, strategy, and innovation, you’ll push boundaries, experiment with new formats, and bring fresh, culture-shaping ideas to the table. What You’ll Do + Develop high-impact content strategies that align with business goals, social best practices, and, most importantly, drive impactful results. + Stay ahead of the curve by spotting trends, viral moments, and storytelling opportunities before they blow up. + Create and oversee content that resonates across social platforms, short-form video, carousels, memes, and more. + Inspire and work closely with strategists, creatives, designers, and copywriters to bring social-first campaigns to life. + Collaborate across teams (Creative, Brand Strategy, Analytics, and beyond) to craft meaningful consumer experiences. + Analyze social performance and optimize strategies, your insights will drive agency-wide impact. + Be very hands-on - whether filming a trending video, testing new formats, or engaging with communities in the comment section, you’ll have full autonomy over our social accounts. + Innovate with influencer activations, partnerships, and creative campaigns that expand brand reach. + Be a key voice in decision-making, your strategies will shape the future of our social direction. Throw that spaghetti at the wall, you never know what will stick! + Pitch cutting-edge social media content ideas and strategies to top marketing decision-makers positioning yourself as a thought leader and the person they want running their socials. What You Bring + 3+ years of experience in Social or Content Strategy (agency experience preferred). + A deep love for social media, you’re on top of every platform, trend, and update. Sprout Social and HubSpot articles? Your go-to. Instagram updates? You are up to speed with Adam Mosseri’s next move. + A strong creative instinct, you know what works, what doesn’t, and how to make content that hits. + Expertise in video editing and photography, with proficiency in CapCut and Canva. + A data-driven mindset, you can turn insights into actionable content strategies. + An understanding of paid social and how it integrates with organic content. + Natural leadership skills, comfortable guiding teams, leading brainstorms, mentoring junior strategists, and pushing projects forward.
