The Manager, Software Development & Engineering is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional application and production support. You need to have a proven track record of critical thinking skills with laser focus on pragmatic problem solving and production support, and customer satisfaction. We require strong ethics, critical thinking skills, and the ability to partner with and influence business partners, product teams, and technologists across the organization.

Essential Functions

Establish systems to communicate relevant system health information to internal and external stakeholders.Measure and optimize system performance from a deployment perspective, and work with Software Engineers to develop and support reliable and maintainable deployment solutions to maximize performance.Provide expert operational support for all application platforms with an emphasis on automation.Play a leading role in administering and maintaining production environments.Be a strong advocate for security, stability, and reliability in solution discussions.What you have

Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in a 24 x 7 Site Reliability Engineer role leading efforts to support enterprise applications, infrastructure, and systems.10+ years of experience with monitoring and logging with Splunk.10+ years of experience in measuring, tracking, and improving SLO/SLA’s/KPI’s.10+ years of experience with a systems programming language including Python, PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and shell scripting.10+ years of experience with SALT and/or Ansible technology.7+ years of experience with tools such as GitHub, Bamboo, Bitbucket.3+ years of experience with Cisco networking (CCNA certification).Availability for after-hours calls/incident management.
