Your Impact:
In the context of Security and Tools products, the main criterion is that the individual collaborates closely with the Technical Leads of various products to comprehend the Backlog and analyze trends in Customer Issues. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Lead/Team during the critical Planning phase to define the scope of each release. Assess the technical requirements, understand the team’s capabilities, and identify any potential risks before committing to a release. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to engineering processes and workflows within the engineering teams. Review acceptance criteria, focusing on aspects such as code quality and security reviews, in collaboration with the teams. Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled during team changes, and actively participate in the interviewing and onboarding of new engineers. Serve as the Security Champion by periodically reviewing security findings from internal tools, penetration tests, and external assessments. Collaborate with the team to track the remediation plan and file Risk Assessment Forms (RAF) as necessary, in accordance with the Company Vulnerability Management Policy.SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
