Position Summary:

We're hiring a Manager, Software Engineering experienced in Adobe Experience Manager. Join our team to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of content on our eCommerce platform. As an Engineering Manager, you'll collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements and transform them into impactful features on the Search product function. Your AEM skills will provide architectural and design leadership to the software development scrum team in Bangalore. Additionally, you'll lead, empower, mentor, and guide the delivery team through technical challenges and performance appraisals.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum Experience:

12+ years of related experience.

Crucial Experience / Skills:

10+ years of proven work experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies with a sound understanding of design principles.Must have at least 5+ years of experience working on Adobe Experience Manager. Strong skills in building forms, creating templates, managing user roles, and working with the content repository and OSGi.Has experience and is proficient in oak:index, assets, cache management, and has fine-tuned for better performance.Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.Debug, solve, and fix AEM configuration and integration issues.Good hands-on experience with Spring Boot Framework, RESTful APIs, and Microservices based architecture.Experience as a Tech Lead and ability to provide mentorship in crafting and architecting critical software applications.Experience maintaining and crafting applications on AWS.Experience with distributed computing, enterprise-wide systems i.e., Service Oriented Architecture.Experience with building efficient distributed, scalable, high-quality software services, microservices.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with the latest monitoring and logging platforms.Experience with database technologies and SQL.Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD DevOps tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions, GitHub Co-pilot, etc.).Experience with databases Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL DB.Excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience influencing senior leadership.Be flexible to work with some overlapping work hours if needed and attend onshore calls.Regular day-to-day job responsibilities do not involve travel.
