What’s the job? 

Our future success at CertainTeed Architectural depends on our ability to efficiently and reliably deliver high quality products to our customers. In this role, you will identify and lead market opportunities within the Specialty product portfolio (Metal, Wood, Felt, Decoustics, Engineered, and Integrated) with emphasis on creative & innovative solutions as well as new go to market programs.  

You will manage a team of product managers (3-4), leading the overall product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across multiple Specialty products lines, ensuring alignment with our business goals by prioritizing attributes, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements; essentially acting as the strategic leader for the entire product management function. 

As the product authority for internal and external customers you will demonstrate skillful product portfolio management including new & existing product development. This role will be crucial in transforming our business by driving customer purchase behavior that contributes to the achievement and ongoing ambition of CertainTeed’s product leadership and revenue creation.
