Manager, SSC Team Member Engagement
Overall Job Summary

The Store Support Center Team Member Engagement Manager will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing Team Member satisfaction and productivity. Working closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and various departments, the role will develop and implement strategies to cultivate a culture of engagement and respect. The role will identify areas for improvement, designing programs to address Team Member needs, and measuring the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Develop and implement strategies to enhance Team Member engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with HR and leadership to assess Team Member needs and identify areas for improvement. Design and execute Team Member engagement programs, including groups, events, and activities. Conduct feedback sessions to measure Team Member engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements. Serve as a liaison between team members and leadership, advocating for team member needs and concerns. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Team Member engagement to continuously improve our programs and initiatives.
  Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years of professional HR experience in a large-scale organization.  Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.  

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in organizational development,  
human resources or other business-related coursework required.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
 

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strength in building trusted relationships and collaborating across teams – peers, senior leaders, and direct reports   Strong project  and change management skills   Demonstrate flex of communication and consultative styles and approach with proven ability to build credible relationships, influence and gain commitment of senior leaders, internal business partners and key stakeholders   Energized by innovation, ambiguity, and the need to prioritize with the end-user in mind; listens and learns from external + internal insights   Easily sees connections and strategic opportunities – and knows how to balance those with delivering on current priorities   Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner; as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.   Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel)   Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.   Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.   Proven track record of sound decision making, taking proactive ownership, and delivering results.   Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business.    Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed.   Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs.
