Seeking experienced Sterile Processing Manager responsible for the department's operations including human resource functions, financial management and quality outcomes.   The Manager provides direction and vision for the department and exemplifies the Rush Copley mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with policies and procedures. This position works closely with all multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality is followed, keeping the care and safety of the patient population a top priority.

Requirements

3-5 years of current SPD setting experience with progressive leadership responsibilities. 

Certified Sterile Processing Technician Certification required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
