About the Role

Responsible for driving UC & AIA HK customer and agency’s experience, addressing potential issues that may arise in the servicing and operational level, preparing proposal materials including service recommendations and developing data driven insight into BCUC customers/clients to enhance customer experience and increase medical panel network usageEngage with customers and agency directly to address potential servicing and/or operational issues
Work closely with the hotline team to synergize communication channels toward customers
Research market conditions, collect intelligence and perform analyses in areas such as product preferences, market practices and health trends
Prepare relevant forecasts and recommendations based on market research and data analytics
Develop data driven insight on BCUC customers' behaviours, providers’ behaviours and claims trend
Identify initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of BCUC’s provision to increase number of claims and visits to both medical panel network and Blue Care clinics
Assist in documenting and monitoring project scope, objectives and desired outcome for AIA’s Integrated Healthcare Strategy
Preparation of proposal materials to assist in providing updates to key stakeholders
Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement
