**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Manager, Strategic Monetization Partnerships to accelerate monetization and drive product growth with top partners in the Advertising ecosystem. The Strategic Monetization Partnerships team is responsible for managing some of Meta’s key relationships within Adtech/Martech/Commerce/Whatsapp and serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders across the Monetization organization. You will have proven experience in scoping, developing and implementing strategies and plans that increase product adoption. **Required Skills:** Manager, Strategic Monetization Partnerships Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of partner management individuals, providing coaching, guidance and leadership to maximize the organization performance 2. Responsible for strategy definition, revenue and product growth and overall account execution. 3. Initiate and lead exploratory talks to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with these partners, working with product, partner management, legal, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required. 4. Drive product adoption by distilling valuable insights that inform and shape product roadmaps across a diverse range of product teams. Identify mutually beneficial value exchange opportunities, transforming them into actionable insights, and leveraging these insights to influence partner roadmaps and drive business growth. 5. Contribute to the development of scalable solutions for partner enablement 6. Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 12+ years of experience in digital technology, advertising technology, enterprise or equivalent, in partner/account management/business development roles. 8. Bachelors degree 9. Demonstrated experience working effectively within cross-functional organizations, leveraging influence to drive alignment and achieve shared goals. 10. Proven communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences 11. 4+ years leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. 12. Experience gathering and analyzing data, research, and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term strategy. 13. Experience working with Product, Sales, and other teams to identify and influence new product and platform capabilities. 14. Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels. 15.
