You will join a fast-paced team in the PS COO organization responsible for shaping the global strategy for PS.
Responsibilities
Support pivotal initiatives independently; take open-ended problems to desired outcomes by crafting a structured approach, conducting research/analyses, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations. Examples include:
Strategy: growth, GTM, delivery, partner, new products, talent
Planning: translating strategy into strategic priorities and supporting pilots and cascade
Support refresh, refinement, and execution of PS strategy
Partner with the Business, Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to deliver data-driven insights
Partner with peer strategy teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Alliances & Channels, Customer Success) to strengthen connectivity and collaboration across the business
Develop executive-ready structured results, tailored to the respective audience
Experience/skills required
5+ years of experience across management consulting
Stellar conceptual, analytical, and collaborative problem-solving skills: ability to structure a variety of ambiguous problems, design solutions with little guidance, and craft high-quality outputs
Strong communication and collaborator relationship-building skills
Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands, prioritize, and respond with a sense of urgency
Organized and efficient, results-oriented, and able to take an 80/20 approach and move forward without complete information, very comfortable working in ambiguity
Strong executive-level visual and verbal presentation skills
Intellectual reserve, strong willingness for growth, and ability to accept feedback
“Win as a team” attitude with a self-starter, beginner’s, and conscientious mindset
Experience/skills preferred
Enterprise SaaS experience

For British Columbia-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 115,200 to CAD 158,400.
