ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with product and business leaders to tackle high-priority challenges and drive growth across the organization. We are seeking a Manager, Strategy & Transformation to help oversee cross-functional teams in managing a variety of key strategic and transformation initiatives for TKWW including annual strategic planning, M&A due diligence and integrations, and strategic partnership implementations.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional project management skills, high EQ and experience working successfully with cross-functional or matrixed teams. This is a primarily project based role best suited for individuals that enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment with executive and Board exposure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead cross-functional project management of key strategic initiatives, including  Annual strategic planning and OKR planning Cross-functional transformation projects Implementation and integrations of partnerships or M&A Develop and maintain project charter and integrated project plans, including identification of resource needs, key risks, and dependencies Be the drumbeat of the project. Push to set aggressive targets and measure/report on project progress against key milestones to ensure timely and successful execution Support M&A integration planning and execution, in partnership with senior leadership, corporate strategy and cross-functional teams Maintain corporate strategy roadmap, OKRs and M&A playbook

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

A solid team player who's also an independent thinker Exceptional project management skills Ability to manage the big picture combined with strong attention to detail Highly quantitative, with excellent communication and presentation skills – allowing you to convey complex topics in simple and convincing ways  Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment High degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information High energy, proactive, positive, curious and flexible BS or BA 4+ of experience in strategic business operations or management consulting; Strong understanding of marketplaces, digital technology or e-commerce preferred

IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with Private Equity, on the investment side, as a client, or as a portfolio company Experience with data analytics or BI tools Fluency in Spanish or other languages highly preferred Demonstrated affinity for TKWW’s mission, vision,  products and culture
