Aerospace specialty is an asset. + You have a minimum of 20 years of experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the Aerospace industry with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience. + You have knowledge of design tools + You have knowledge of MRB + You have experience in multi-disciplinary designs + You have knowledge of manufacturing methods + You have strong people management and leadership qualities with an ability to mobilize and foster an environment of teamwork within cross-functional teams facilitating discussions and resolving issues to meet the business objectives. + You have demonstrated leadership behaviors that support putting people first, work in teams, value teamwork, and drive for performance excellence while exhibiting a winning attitude. + You are pro-active, results orientated and innovative with a view for business improvement. + You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus without formal authority. + You must be fluent in English and French.
