What You Will Do

Manage supply chain operation team for supporting Harman Embedded Audio global businessEnsure stability and continuity of Global Supply to global customerGlobal customer demand management including customer forecast analysis, historic data analysis and adjustmentEstablish procedures and policies in place to maintain high scores from customer scorecardsDrive continuous improvement in process, system and communicationManage supply partners on capacity, materials planning, production and delivery to improve supplier delivery performance and ensures goods on-time delivery to customer.Manage on time New Product Introduction by proactively working with cross-functional teams to minimize impact of component changes, and secure long Lead time components available to meet initial sales quantities.Manage product’s life cycle from supply perspective by proactively work with cross-functional teams to minimize impact of component changes.Develop suppliers to increase responsiveness and on time deliveryManage supply issues proactively by involving respective cross-functional teams to ensure no supply disruptions to customerManage demand upside by working proactively with suppliers and satisfying customer demand.Minimize material obsolescence by effectively forecasting demand and communicating with customers and suppliers.Manage and optimize all logistic services (inbound and outbound) for goods delivery to worldwide customerTrack and trace suppliers performanceIn charge of the material and finish goods inventory in good and healthy condition , and also manage warehouse operationUtilize SAP to develop and manage various reportsPublish monthly reports to management teams as necessary.Present supply chain team metrics, supplier performance to management

What You Need to Be Successful

A well-rounded professional with 10 years of working experience relating to operations process in consumer electronics industry, preferably in supply chain, operation.Customer focus orientationFluent EnglishKnowledge of planning and ordering processStrong leadership and communications skills are a mustSupplier relationship management skillsGood at data analysis.Excellent knowledge in SAP system and Microsoft office.Self-awareness and willing to learnResult driven with teamworkExperience in multinational company is preferred
