This position will be responsible for producing, and overseeing individuals who produce, manufacturing plans for multiple manufacturing plants across major product categories.

 

This is a hybrid position with Tuesdays and Wednesdays based out of our Lake Forest corporate office. 

Responsibilities

 

Direct responsibilities of this role include:

Generating monthly manufacturing plans for review with Manufacturing Operations and Finance, monthlyAnalyzing capacity constraints and ensuring alignment of service, inventory and cost targetsThe ability to present polished and concise data and recommendations with good decision qualityDrive decision making, including at the Executive levelManage and develop direct reports Qualifications

Qualifications:

BA/BS required with emphasis in supply chain, business or operations management preferred5+ years business or supply chain experience in a multi-facility environmentAbility to lead direct reportsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer literacy – Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system required; SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder a plusStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh analytical abilitySelf-Directed & demonstrates the ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issuesMust have strong organization skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlinesExcellent problem identification & follow through to issue resolutionDemonstrates the ability to work well with a variety of individualsWilling to travel moderately
