Purpose of Role

This position is responsible for leading and executing the production and regional planning management in region, reporting to Senior Manager of Global Production.   Lead regional production activities with designed vendors and partner with HQ supply planning team to manage the global capacity and execute supply planning and buy delivery.  Support and drive company-wide initiatives – related to process and/or system improvements.

Ensure the execution of the sourcing strategies are achieved in region. Partner with Sourcing and Development Departments at taking over and manage the developments into executable productio

PRODUCTION

Responsible to execute, Production initiatives with UA factory partners and execute best-in-class manufacturing operations for UA Apparel products.  Business goal would be driving 100% On Time Delivery, 100% Fill rate, and monitoring / proactively resolving any capacity or material issues that could impact production delivery.

PLANNING

Plan and manage the process of production – placement and scheduling Execute the production plan with the factories/mills to be sure that capacities are fulfilled and not over booked

MANAGEMENT

Develop the time and action plan of the program and monitor the entire process to meet the agreed timeline set Identify potential issues, propose solutions and corrective actions to minimize the loss of time and dollars Qualifications 8-12 years related work experience in sourcing and production 1-3 years management experience Experience in production and planning are preferred Excellent negotiation skills Strong leadership/ management skills, i.e. problem solving, planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong English language skills) Ability to work well within a team environment Workplace Location Location: Vietnam Office Travel:  5-10% of the year Our Commitment to Diversity
