Position Overview: The Supply Strategy and Operations Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive the growth and profitability of Klook's hotel supply. This role will involve creating innovative supply programs, establishing a robust supply business intelligence system, and leading the systematic execution of team initiatives. The goal is to enhance efficiency, streamline business development tasks, and reduce the time spent on individual analysis, enabling the team to focus on strategic growth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish Supply Programs strategy
Design and implement strategic supply programs aimed at driving hotel supply growth and maximizing profitability.
Identify opportunities within hotel segments, categories, or user behavior to create supply growth strategy.
Capitalize on market opportunities to enhance Klook's hotel portfolio and increase revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of supply programs and implement cross-region marketing initiatives
2. Build Supply Business Intelligence:
Develop and maintain a supply business intelligence system that provides actionable insights to the business development (BD) team.
Streamline BD tasks by creating tools and dashboards that make data access straightforward and efficient.
Continuously refine the intelligence system to reduce the need for individual analysis and enable data-driven decision-making.
3.Enhance Operational Efficiency:
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency across supply strategy and operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and streamlined workflows.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply category management, operations planning, or strategy development, preferably within e-commerce, travel or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Proven experience in building and managing business intelligence systems.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully driving team initiatives.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
