Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of IT to lead the enhancement and support of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record in process design and organizational management.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS HRMS system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

·Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.

·Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the EBS HRMS system and related processes.

·Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and modules within the Oracle EBS HRMS system.

·Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management and HRMS support.

·Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.

·Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of the HRMS system.

What You Bring to the Role

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

·Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems.

·Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll and Benefits.

·Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

·Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision[1]making.

·Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

·Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable.
