What is the opportunity?
As Manager, T&O Finance you will be responsible for Performance Management Activities and Advisory Support, working within an annual budget and have an overall responsibility for Forecast & Planning, monthly financials, including T-5 estimates and segment allocations. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and tight deadlines; independent prioritization and ability to work in ambiguous situations is expected.
What you will do?
Develop accurate monthly reporting packages, including relevant metrics; and to ensure end-to- end transparency of reported informationIdentify and perform relevant trend analysis to facilitate discussions on opportunities; and provide advice on meeting financial targets and optimize investment decisionsMonitor appropriate cost allocation methods to charge costs to business segments and functions with supporting metricsCollaborate with teams to foster an environment of financial discipline, transparency and accountabilityPartner with Financial Controls team to ensure effective controls and governance oversight over monthly close, P&L analysis, balance sheet review and attestation, financial disclosuresContinuously improve process, find opportunities to standardize, automate and free-up capacity for value-add analysis and insightsAddress ad-hoc requests as applicable in a timely manner.What you need to succeed?
Must Have
5+ years relevant work experience and knowledge of managerial accounting;Strong relationship building, collaboration and communication skills;Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical mindset;Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple data sources;Strong ability to synthesizing key messages and insights;Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.Nice to Have
CPA or similar designation;Knowledge of RBC systems: EPM, MIS/Planview, Apptio, SAP, FiBRS, and Beeline;Experience with Tableau.Job Skills
