Overview The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations (TAOps) will be responsible for managing and optimizing recruitment processes. This role will be key in driving day-to-day operations in support of the recruiting function, implementing and refining processes, and providing data-driven insights that enable growth, strategy, and compliance. The Manager, TAOps will also act as an internal and cross-functional strategic and accountability partner. Responsibilities Responsibilities:Operations and Process Administration: Oversee Talent Acquisition processes, including documentation, training, and process refinement. Support, provide coverage of operational tasks as needed, and be a point of escalation for team members during all stages of the recruitment processTA Platform Usage Support: Ensure Talent Acquisition platforms and tools are functioning appropriately to support recruitment. Provide support, best practices, and monitor platform usage to ensure compliant processes.System Support: Troubleshoot and raise system errors to People Operations to solution.Operational Planning: Project coordination for the Talent Acquisition team, outlining timelines, providing guidance, and implementing organization processes allowing for objectives to be completed on time and within scope.Accountability and Compliance Partnership: Apply expertise in operations, system support, and project management to ensure the team is compliant and consistent across processes. Maintain awareness of trends in the talent acquisition operations space.Metrics and Data Insights: Analyze Talent Acquisition Operations data to advise TA process improvements, support development of recruitment strategies, and document Talent Acquisition progress. Review dashboards in partnership with Data & Analytics to provide additional input as needed.Budgeting Processing: Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to document spend, including partnering with procurement to process purchase orders.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various enabling function and business partners to communicate processes, data insights, project updates and foster cross-functional participation as needed to support Talent Acquisition operations.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years of Talent Acquisition Operations related responsibilities. Preference for additional experience in full lifecycle recruiting.High proficiency in ATS and other talent acquisition data reporting and analytics.Strong understanding of recruitment processes.Excellent communication– written and verbal.Passion for learning, training, and innovating in the Talent Acquisition space.Experience in cross-functional project management strongly preferred.#LI-JT1 Salary Range $111,000 - $156,133 a year Compensation & Benefits
