Job Description
AbbVie seeks a Talent Attraction and Experience Manager to define and implement go-to-market strategies for talent attraction through strategic marketing and CRM initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations and Innovation.
As Talent Attraction and Experience Manager you will deliver the talent attraction strategies for functional recruitment, Events and Partnerships and Early Talent. This position will directly manage the CRM system to ensure efficient candidate relations management and communication; this includes managing overall CRM operations, Key Action Indications and Talent Community success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team providing training, performance counseling, and coaching to adapt to changing workstreams and enhance process improvements across talent acquisitionDevelop and segment prospect personas based on skills or functions. Provide source of talent strategies to the functional talent acquisition teams.Collaborate with TA Communications to create Talent Community newsletters and segmented drip campaigns.Utilize CRM-driven campaigns to build and nurture the Talent Community, guiding prospects from the initial stage to becoming employees.Develop and segment prospect personas based on skills or functions. Collaborate with TA Communications to create Talent Community newsletters and segmented drip campaigns.Partner closely with Employer Brand Recruitment Marketing and HR Communications to execute recruitment branding. This includes creating and delivering training on CRM systems, curated messaging strategies, and Talent Community best practices.Ensure a positive candidate experience by working with TA Communications to provide clear communication, timely feedback, and promote a strong employer brand through consistent engagement.Mentor an indirect team of Sourcers aligned to specific functions by training them on tools, offering solutions, and providing support to field-based Sourcers.Oversee CRM analytics for O&I and field Sourcers and Recruiters. Regularly review weekly analytics, track goal achievement, cold lead conversion rates, sourcing tool utilization, and campaign success rates to refine candidate outreach and strategies.Develop, co-design and implement attraction strategies for Recruitment Events and Recruitment Partnerships.Provide consultation to Early Talent Pipeline team on attraction collateral and execution.Present reports on talent attraction, candidate experience, and CRM performance to Talent Acquisition Leadership and HR Communications. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and effectiveness.Collaborate with TA Process and Support, Innovation, and TA Performance teams.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent brand marketing, CRM management, or communications.Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment marketing and CRM strategies.Strong expertise in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing, with a focus on brand and candidate engagement.Analytical skills to leverage data for outcome-driven decisions and continuous improvement.Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performanceEmbraces the ideas of others, nurtures innovation and manages innovation to reality.
