The Manager, Talent Management Business Partner will lead and innovate our talent management strategies. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact talent management initiatives that support our organization's strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent across the organization. Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs and succession planning processes. Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and develop targeted plans. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze talent data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive organizational change and improve employee experience. Manage and mentor a team of talent management professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
