We are looking for an individual contributor to manage our Talent Programs at Snap Inc! As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, and key business stakeholders, you will play an important role in creating and fostering Snap’s culture of growth and development. Based out of a Snap People Team hub, you’ll work with a dynamic group of professionals to create programs and processes that reinforce a culture of development including performance, talent, and change management.

What you’ll do:

Partner with senior stakeholders from HR and the business unites to drive our strategic organizational development goals, utilizing strong thought leadership, communications and influence skills

Oversee integrated performance management processes to enable a hyper performance culture

Conduct thoughtful needs analyses and research to ensure our performance system is reinforcing a culture of feedback

Lead the buildout of structure and frameworks around our development, change, culture, and growth practices

Create and deliver effective change management strategies that align with business objectives and drive adoption of new talent management offerings and solutions.

Reinforce Snap-specific leadership behaviors that align to our culture and values

Measure the success and lead the iterative improvement of programs and processes

Model and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative    

Design programs that embed our values and build capabilities the Snap way, using instructor-led, virtual and experiential modalities

Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in the areas of learning and development, and performance

Facilitate engaging and exciting instructor-led experiences that resonate with Snap audiences

Lead onboarding for new executives to help with a smooth transition into Snap

Model and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

A passion for Snap’s mission

Human Resources, OD or related field of studies degree preferred

Strong partnership skills with an action-oriented mindset and an ability to manage group dynamics to achieve extraordinary results

An owner’s mentality - leadership in delivering high quality work in a way that nurtures our Snap culture

Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage multiple programs while maintaining strong detail orientation and meeting ambitious deadlines

A solutions-oriented mindset, with an ability to creatively solve problems

End-to-end program management experience

Ability to build trust and relationships quickly, and to establish fast credibility

Experience creating course content and instructional resources

Fluency in appealing to different-sized audiences, various learning styles, and different levels of engagement among learners

Ability to influence and impact-fully communicate with all levels of the organization

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

8+ years experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management with proven success in launching programs, talent management processes, change management,  learning and development, systems aptitude, performance management, and employee communications

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $152,000-$228,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $144,000-$217,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $129,000-$194,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
