Technical Services Manager

 

If you have a background in field service for electrical & mechanical and a flair for supporting customers with door challenges, we have the perfect role for you.

 

4Front is looking for YOU to manage our Technical Support team at our brand new, state of the art facility in Kenosha, WI.                      

 

What you will be doing

 

Coordinating and directing customer facing technical support department Conduct training and certification of customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field Liaise with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions of issues Travelling up to 20% is possible

 

What we are looking for

 

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience PLC experience a plus 7-10+ years’ experience in a quality, technical or technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing setting 3-5 years’ of leadership experience Excellent communication skills Professionalism Team player Spanish fluency would be great
