Support and manage the digital strategy and roadmap of Sunlife Digital Client Service & Customer Engagement ApplicationsResponsible for the solution engineering and estimations based on the business requirementsParticipate in key projects for expansion of the business to ensure seamless implementationTroubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to solve issueManage the vendor and internal off-shore teams for development, testing, deployment, production support and new product launchActively manage risks and issues related to the project and provide status updates to the relevant stakeholdersFirst line support to the Key stakeholders / Hotlines for day-to-day enquiries and issuesInvolve in system development lifecycle including user requirement collection, analysis and design, development, SIT, UAT, training, documentation and ongoing supportCoordinate and Monitor System Integration Testing and User Acceptance TestingWork with vendor to follow up Pentest & Vulnerable test, server upgrade etc.         

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplineOver 8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Insurance and Finance sectorSolid experience in Project Management and system integrationsGood knowledge of Mobile App, Cloud platform, DevOps tools and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js, etc.) are definitely an advantagePreferable for knowledge in areas such as PL/SQL programming, XML, JSON, API, Control-MKnowledge of multi-tiered web/mobile application architecture and infrastructure components (High Availability, Load Balancing, DB Connectivity)Basic network and firewall knowledge is an added advantage Familiarity with server certificate renewal Experience with Data Visualization and Dashboard Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) and Single Sign-on Solution is a plusProven experience of project management tools (e.g. Confluence / Jira) Scrum or Agile project experience an advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in written and spoken English
