**Position Summary**
We are seeking a Program Manager, Seller Wallet, to drive the program growth and operational efficiency of our Seller Wallet program on the Walmart Marketplace Payment & Financial Services team. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives that optimize the sellers’ end to end experiences, drive product adoption and monetization, and lead the payment operation team to improve servicing speed and quality. The position has high visibility within the organization and requires collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional teams across Walmart Marketplace.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in payments or fintech combined with expertise in business operations, program management, and stakeholder coordination. You will play a critical role in improving the sellers’ payment experiences and overall impact on seller success
**Key Responsibilities:**
Program Strategy & Execution:
+ Assist to define program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to track adoption, usage, and financial impact
+ Collect user feedback and distill user insights to inform business strategy or product strategy
+ Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, macro-economic factors, and emerging trends in embedded payments and fintech.
+ Leverage the industry insights to identify and champion forward-looking innovation opportunities in embedded finance
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure the successful rollout of Seller Wallet features.
+ Partner with Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure all wallet functionalities comply with local and global financial regulations
+ Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive seller awareness and adoption of wallet features.
+ Support the end-to-end development and execution of the Seller Program, ensuring seamless execution of various marketing tactics, program training, events and more
Payments & Financial Operations:
+ Oversee the fund flow mechanisms, disbursement timelines, and reconciliation processes to ensure secure and timely seller payouts.
+ Identify and resolve operational issues related to payments, chargebacks, or fraud, working closely with Risk and Compliance teams.
+ Analyze transaction trends and seller behaviors to recommend enhancements in fund withdrawal options and working capital solutions.
Process Optimization & Risk Mitigation:
+ Continuously improve wallet onboarding, KYC/AML verification, and seller fund disbursement processes for scalability and efficiency.
+ Develop risk management frameworks to detect fraudulent activities and mitigate payment risks.
+ Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, payment regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

+ Experience working with payment processors, banking partners, or fintech providers.
+ Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and seller financial needs.
+ Proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools, or financial modeling
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
+ 5+ years of professional experience in business operation, strategy or program management in payments, fintech preferably within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
+ Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
+ Experience in designing and launching financial products for sellers or small businesses.
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
+ Excellent communication and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-08479/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
