**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** **Program Manager-Technology Operations, Seller Wallets for Marketplace** **Position Summary** We are seeking a Program Manager, Seller Wallet, to drive the program growth and operational efficiency of our Seller Wallet program on the Walmart Marketplace Payment & Financial Services team. This role is responsible for designing and executing strategic initiatives that optimize the sellers’ end to end experiences, drive product adoption and monetization, and lead the payment operation team to improve servicing speed and quality. The position has high visibility within the organization and requires collaboration with a broad range of cross-functional teams across Walmart Marketplace. You will play a critical role in improving the sellers’ payment experiences and overall impact on seller success **Key Responsibilities:** Program Strategy & Execution: + Assist to define program objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics to track adoption, usage, and financial impact + Collect user feedback and distill user insights to inform business strategy or product strategy + Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, macro-economic factors, and emerging trends in embedded payments and fintech. + Leverage the industry insights to identify and champion forward-looking innovation opportunities in embedded finance Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure the successful rollout of Seller Wallet features. + Partner with Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure all wallet functionalities comply with local and global financial regulations + Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive seller awareness and adoption of wallet features. + Support the end-to-end development and execution of the Seller Program, ensuring seamless execution of various marketing tactics, program training, events and more Payments & Financial Operations: + Oversee the fund flow mechanisms, disbursement timelines, and reconciliation processes to ensure secure and timely seller payouts. + Identify and resolve operational issues related to payments, chargebacks, or fraud, working closely with Risk and Compliance teams. + Analyze transaction trends and seller behaviors to recommend enhancements in fund withdrawal options and working capital solutions.
