Manager, Territory
The Territory Sales Manager sells respiratory, INR and DME services for ConvaCare franchise locations to referral sources. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources within the medical community Identify and develop new referral sources by obtaining and growing respiratory services on an ongoing basis Conduct provider in-services for referral sources to utilize loacl franchise equipment and services Provide marketing information to customers as requested and/or made available Initiate resolution to referral source complaints or with the appropriate management personnel Prepare and submit quarterly sales territory management plans Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts Input and maintain Salesforce sales call activity, update account contact information, manage and submit reports as requested Followup with lost-to-competition referral sources and communicate product or service issues with management Average 15 daily sales call to referral sources Communicate through phone and check email on a daily basis Understand and provide information on Medicare and insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory Manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning
