Manager, Territory Sales

We are currently hiring a Manager, Territory Sales to help grow our company and ensure our mission is

achieved!

This role is a territory based role that requires the candidate to live within a specific zip code region of the United States.

YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience exceeded quota and impacting growth with an organization. As a successful Territory Sales Manager, you must develop sales strategies and training programs while driving results and managing a remote, field-based sales team. This position

reports directly to the Director of Sales to whom performance updates will be communicated to as required.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide services to help onboard and train both new and existing accounts and act as the first line of escalation for new national accounts

• Responsible for staff hiring and training; creating goals and motivating team to meet set goals and revenue objectives

• Develop relationships with retailer’s local leadership team, including creating and delivering quarterly business review meetings

• Responsible for managing a Territory Sales Representative team

• Utilize hardware and software to enhance accountability and performance efficiencies

• Establish means and methods of conducting field-based national account sales trainings to ensure team accountability in meeting financial quotas

• Successfully manage department cost and budget

• 50% to 75% travel

• Other duties as required

YOU'LL BRING:

• 2+ years sales management experience (required)PROG Internal

• 3 years minimum of retail experience and proven track record of success in a retail environment (required)

• Ability to travel 50% to 75% (required)

• Proficient in the use of MS Office products; MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint

• CRM Champion: must be proficient in CRM and be able to coach team on logging activities, providing insights, and analyzing reporting

• Create and deliver presentations that incorporate sales numbers and demonstrations of future goal setting for team development

• Outstanding communication skills both written and oral as well as strong motivational skills

• Ability to deliver "tough" messaging in a manner that will positively change behavior with both retail partners and staff

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (required)
