JR67734 Manager, Test Solutions Engineering

As a Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, directional and overall management of your test engineering section. You will collaborate with other functional groups locally and/or globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives which include a continuous effort towards reducing test operations cycle time and cost, executing production priorities and strategies, sustaining and improving the key performance indices of the test engineering team through continuous improvement activities/projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead all product deliverables in an ownership model of work cultureWork with a team of engineers for various non-volatile memory product lineupMaintain quality within the standards of code flow along with hands on debuggingBe a champion of quality, lead with example, excellent coach or mentor, responsible for training, personneldevelopment, performance management, feedback evaluation of direct reportsCross collaboration with global/internal teams to understand and implement various test, program, processimprovementsExcellent Project Management skills – Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource,Communication, Risk, ProcurementManage lab equipment capacity, usage, output for different productsDrive efficiency and use metrics to identify opportunities to increase productivitySustain and improve the KPIs of the test engineering through continuous improvement activities / projects without any deviations, misses, excursions along with 100% quality & zero escapesIdentify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs which include Test Time Reduction activitiesExhibit leadership attributes such as customer driven mindset, effective planning, getting results, end to end ownership, effective communication, making lasting decisions, driving team works, building relationships, encouraging a global mindset, developing self and others

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry experienceMinimum 5 years as a lead or 2 years of direct management experiencePrior exposure to coding standards such as C/C++/Python is requiredGood understanding of semiconductor physics is desirableStrong understanding of the test structure designs used in semiconductor manufacturing (frontend &backend)PMP certification is an added advantagePassion for perfection with strong organizational and program management skillsMulti tasker with good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
