Position Overview: The Testing Manager is responsible for upholding our commitment to software quality, especially within contact center solutions. This role creates dynamic testing strategies, leads a team of QA engineers, ensures coverage across platforms including Salesforce, and delivers meaningful metrics to stakeholders. The Testing Manager plays a crucial role in risk assessment, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining testing standards. Duties/Responsibilities: + Design and maintain testing strategies and frameworks, focusing on contact center solutions. + Lead the QA engineer team and manage each team member's career and technical growth. + Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across platforms, including Salesforce. + Analyze test results, especially from contact center environments, and recommend improvements. + Efficiently allocate resources for optimal performance. + Keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges. + Uphold testing standards and best practices. + Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with testing activities and develop mitigation strategies. Required Skills/Abilities: + Mastery in formulating and executing test strategies. + Knowledge of various testing types and methodologies. + Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA). + Experience in team management and mentorship. + Understanding of both manual and automated testing. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in related field or 10 years of equivalent experience. + 7+ years of experience in software testing. + 2+ years of experience managing a team. + Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
