The Therapy Manager will supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the therapy department, including formulating clinical and patient care policies, protocols, and procedures. This role is also responsible for establishing and managing budgets and business/administrative systems and participating in strategic decision-making for the Therapy department. In addition to managerial responsibilities, the Therapy Manager will maintain an adjusted patient caseload.

Viverant Physical Therapy is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions: Oversee, monitor and supervise the daily operations of the Physical Therapy departments ensuring excellent delivery of care to patients Effectively perform all duties expected of the profession represented (e.g. Physical or Therapist); will include an adjusted patient case load Communicate impactful operational concerns to direct supervisor Implement strategies to maximize quality and efficiency in therapy clinics Effectively recruit, train, develop, and retain direct reports Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with staff through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others as needed. Coordinate department work schedules (e.g., ensure proper staffing levels, coverage for lunch, oversee breaks, timekeeping management) Ensure staff members receive recognition, development, coaching, and when appropriate, counseling Conduct annual staff performance reviews for all direct reports and indirect if appropriate Ensure lawful and ethical use of therapy services in assigned clinic(s) Evaluate and develop data driven action plans for efficient, ethical, and productive business practices that lead to patient, employee and physician satisfaction Work with credentialing office to ensure required licensures and credentials are validated Appropriately communicate and escalate employee relations issues with Senior Leader and HR (including, but not limited to performance concerns, conduct, attendance and policy violations) Manage patient complaints on a clinic level, leveraging Patient Advocate as necessary Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization Maintain safe environment for staff and patients Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program as appropriate; Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy or in the state in which practicing 3 years of experience practicing Physical Therapy, experience in outpatient orthopedic setting strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership experience required Previous supervisory/management experience preferredBenefits & Compensation:
