Manager, Title Marketing - Korea

The Role The Netflix Korea Film & Series Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support and/or lead the day-to-day development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for both Korean and global titles. Core Responsibilities: + Build successful 360 marketing campaigns for Netflix’s brand and titles -- from strategy development to tactical execution (including media buy, activation, and creative assets) + Lead the creation of marketing assets for titles and brand - development of creative, planning, and execution of shoots (key art, AV, etc) + Drive successful marketing campaigns in Korea while creating strategies and assets that can also resonate outside of Korea. + Act as a liaison to internal x-functional teams at every step of the campaign, from early strategy through campaign completion. + Be the main point of contact with agencies - brief, hire, manage and give feedback to create the best campaigns. + Communicate and collaborate with external studios, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives where needed. + Incorporate branding elements into title campaigns to establish the Netflix brand in consumers' everyday lives. Qualifications: + Minimum of 7 years of experience in the entertainment marketing/social department at a network, studio, agency or brand. + Proven track record in impactful, world-class creative campaigns across multiple channels (AV/trailers, digital/social, print/out-of-home) that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist. + Experience in creating culturally relevant and conversation-driving creative, along with marketing shoot experience. + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal departments. + Effective communication with executives, showrunners, producers, talent and talent representatives as needed. + Proactive self-starter with resourcefulness and a solution-oriented mindset, able to make sound judgments in ambiguous situations. + Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. + Demonstrates a passion for innovation, embraces new technologies, and challenges marketing conventions. + Curiosity and enthusiasm for all aspects of the Netflix business. + Fluency in English and Korean is required.
