Manager, Total Rewards Administration
Become part of the excitement. As the Manager – Total Rewards Administration, you will have primary responsibility for the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs at Graybar. In this role, you will ensure compliance with relevant laws and serve as the day-to-day contact for Total Rewards vendors. Responsibilities include open enrollment, demonstrating effective administration through metrics, providing detailed reporting, and supervising the work of the total rewards administration team. **In this role you will:** + Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more. + Establish internal and external service level agreements for Total Rewards administration. + Be responsible for implementing government compliance of all total rewards plans, including laws and regulations relevant to ERISA, ACA, and COBRA. + Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and manage total rewards contracts. + Coordinate the annual open enrollment process. + Handle benefits data to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality. + Demonstrate effective total rewards administration through metrics, such as adherence to budget, quality of care, utilization, and employee satisfaction. + Provide detailed and accurate reporting to internal teams for forecasting and budget management. + Supervise the total rewards administration team. **What you bring to the table:** + 8+ years of total rewards administration experience required + Four-year degree required + Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or other HR certification preferred + Experience with benefit program administration, including self-insured plans + Knowledge of HIPPA Privacy laws + Strong knowledge of state, federal and system rules, regulations, and procedures regarding the administration of compensation, benefit, and retirement programs + Leadership and supervisory skills + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Collaboration, influencing and consultative skills + Mathematical and statistical analysis skills + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and handle multiple, competing priorities **Work Shift and Hours:** Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office **Compensation Details:** The expected base salary for this position is starting at $110,000 annually depending on experience.
