The Manager of the Travel Technology Solutions team drives digital transformation and owns the strategic roadmap for innovative capabilities across our global travel program. The team this role leads is creating the foundations for next-generation program goals in spend management, sustainability, customer experience, and risk management, while revolutionizing how we approach traditional corporate travel challenges. We're focused on delivering consumer-grade digital experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction across our global workforce.

We strategically leverage Amazon/AWS technologies to build strong foundations for exceptional user experiences, while partnering with vendors to address specialized needs in content, service delivery, and localization. Key job responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of travel technology solution specialists and business analysts to own requirements, implementation, adoption, integration, and optimization projects.
- Define roadmap for technology solutions that enable our goals for the Amazon travel program, one which embraces the most innovative technologies and security/privacy standards.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders across Amazon business, finance, and technology teams to ensure strategy, priorities, and user experience design are raising the bar for program service and capabilities.
- Manage third-party technology vendor relationships to deliver to program priorities.
- Create narratives in line with Amazon writing culture to define plans for executing projects aligned to strategic priorities.

As the lead of the travel tech functional area, your day involves leading a team of specialists who challenge traditional travel technology boundaries, creating seamless digital experiences that set new industry standards. You'll identify opportunities to streamline the traveler self-service experience, champion innovative solutions, and develop roadmaps that transform typical corporate travel into an intuitive, consumer-grade digital experience. Working with stakeholders globally, you'll ensure our digital platforms are sophisticated yet simple, secure yet flexible, and scalable yet personalized.
