Major Duties :1. Manages a treasury services marketing/sales unit or function. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and development needs, and establishes performance standards for the unit. 2. Determines staffing needs, makes hiring and firing decisions, handles salary administration, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities. 3. Participates in developing the business unit strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit. Follows through to ensure objectives are met. 4. Develops unit(s) budget and manages the expense of the unit. 5. Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication. 6. Manages team towards achieving the new business goals. 7. Manages the consulting process, interfacing with clients and key partners in production, product management, systems, and banking units. 8. Develops marketing strategies, consistent with the priorities and strategic mission of the marketing division, to support the new business goals of the business unit. 9. Utilizes knowledge of the bank''s products and services to analyze complex client needs and to recommend banking solutions that enhance the clients'' productivity or profitability. Knowledge :Knowledge of treasury management products and services and corporate client applications usually acquired through experience is required to manage the consulting process. Analytical and problem solving skills are required to understand and build banking solutions for clients. Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the unit''s goals and the resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of the staff. Written and oral communication and presentation skills are required to communicate with clients and partners. Experience :7 to 10 years of treasury marketing experience, with direct client contact, and prior management experience.Working with Us:
