Principal Responsibilities
Formulate the personal loan pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maximizing revenue Work closely with channels and stakeholders in achieving business outcomes and sustainable growth Stay on top of lending market dynamics and be aware of competitors' tactics to develop and enhance product and features to maintain competitiveness in the marketResponsible for personal loans acquisition and retention strategies to expand the customer base and deepen loan penetration Collaborate with Risk team on credit policy refinement to balance risk and return as well as ensuring regulatory requirements are metLeverage on data analytics to develop business insights, identify business gaps and opportunities and keep track of business performanceManage and lead the enhancement initiatives and digital journey projects to increase sales performance and ensure satisfactory customer experience Explore strategic lending product partnership to create and deliver new business opportunities effectivelySome careers have more impact than others.
