We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our national team of 8 Account Managers, specializing in wired, wireless, and WAN technology for Juniper’s US Commercial customers. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong leader, and skilled presenter who can drive growth, coach high-performing teams, and build strong relationships with both internal leadership and customer executives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 8 AMs, ensuring sales excellence and professional growth.
• Work closely with Juniper Commercial Leadership to establish sales strategies and drive growth across the Theater.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on opportunities, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
• Deliver clear and accurate weekly forecasts to Juniper Mist leadership while tracking team performance metrics.
Sales Execution & Customer Engagement
• Drive new business growth, with a hunter mentality, focusing on taking market share from incumbents.
• Demonstrated track record of winning large deals and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Regularly present to customer executives, ranging from small strategy sessions to large-scale presentations (1-100 audience size).
• Maintain a strong grasp of wireless technology, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a solid bench of industry connections for hiring as needed.
Coaching & Team Development
• Act as a career champion, coaching AMs and providing candid, constructive feedback to help them grow.
• Build a culture of relentless optimism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop talent, ensuring the team is equipped to drive revenue and exceed targets.

• Comfortable with up to 50% travel to support customer meetings, team development, and leadership engagements.
Minimum Salary: $268,928.00
Maximum Salary:$386,584.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $268,928.00 and $386,584.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
